Please allow 3-5 days from order shipment notification for your Euphoric Wellbeing order to arrive within New Zealand. Noting, delivery lead times depend on which area you live.
Orders placed during a sale or promotion, can take up to 7 days. We endeavor to dispatch as quickly as possible, but please be patient.

Your order is valuable, an investment in Y.O.U. As such, a signature on delivery is required.
Should you miss your delivery, never fear! You'll be able to collect your parcel, safe and sound, from your local courier depot.
Euphoric wellbeing does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered. We suggest a work address if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery.
Unless authorised by management at Euphoric Wellbeing any stock returned for credit will not be readily accepted and may result in a restocking fee or where dubious circumstances occur will be forwarded back to the appropriate client.
Goods will only be accepted back if the goods have not been opened and the packaging undamaged.
Please check your goods upon receipt for any damage that may have been caused through transit (within New Zealand). Charges will not apply in cases where there has been an error by Euphoric wellbeing. Should there be any damage or leakage, please advise immediately as damaged and/ or incorrectly ordered goods will only be accepted up to 7 days after dispatch date. These return policies only apply to New Zealand based orders.
International orders are at your own risk. Euphoric wellbeing will not take any responsibility for any damages in transit or wrongly ordered products.
If you believe there has been an error on our behalf (wrong item shipped etc), please contact us within 7 days of recieving to arrange a return.
