Prices (if applicable)

This website might contain price information.  All pricing is listed in NZD (New Zealand dollar).  The price advertised may not be the same price that appears on your credit card for international orders due to exchange rate fluctuations.  This means that because we are based in New Zealand, your purchase is converted to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.

Returns Policy

Unless authorised by management at Euphoric Wellbeing any stock returned for credit will not be readily accepted and may result in a restocking fee or where dubious circumstances occur will be forwarded back to the appropriate client. Goods will only be accepted back if the goods have not been opened and the packaging undamaged.
Please check your goods upon receipt for any damage that may have been caused through transit (within New Zealand). Charges will not apply in cases where there has been an error by Euphoric wellbeing. Should there be any damage or leakage, please advise immediately as damaged and/ or incorrectly ordered goods will only be accepted up to 7 days after dispatch date. These return policies only apply to New Zealand based orders.
International orders are at your own risk. Euphoric wellbeing will not take any responsibility for any damages in transit or wrongly ordered products.

Shipping Policy

Costs
For all New Zealand orders shipping is free with orders over $90.  If an order is under $90 then a $10 flat shipping rate will apply.

Timing
All orders are sent via a courier service to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door.Please allow 3-5 days for your Euphoric Wellbeing order to arrive at your door step within New Zealand. Delivery lead times depend on which area you live. 
Orders placed during a sale or promotion, can take up to 7 days. We endeavor to dispatch as quickly as possible, but please be patient.
Euphoric wellbeing endeavors  to get your order to you as fast as possible.  The delivery times outlined above are approximate.  We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc.)

Tracking
If you need us to track your parcel or help estimate on approximate arrival time more closely – please check the link in your emailed tracking number or contact us.

Delivery
As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery.
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Courier depot.
Euphoric wellbeing does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
